Hi everyone
I received an Eero 6 a few days ago and since installing it I've had issues with my Goggle Nest app. The thermostat is connected fine to the WiFi and I can connect to the Nest app fine if I'm using WiFi on my phone. But if I'm using mobile data, whether home or away, I can't connect to the Nest app. It must be the Eero blocking outside devices from controlling devices on the network but I've no idea how to get it to work.

You would need to configure port forwarding to allow a connection from the internet to a local device. You will need to find out what TCP or UDP ports that you need to forward & I can help you from there.
