Constant packet loss

Hi, 

I started noticing packet loss during Zoom calls, and I have been able to pinpoint the problem to  the first hop after my router (78.147.192.1) with 1.5% packet loss. I have 0% packet loss to my router. 

The TalkTalk connection check says my line is fine (it isn't), and I feel like the tech support will just tell me to reboot my router (again), test with a wired connection (I am), and not know what to do. 

Any idea on how to navigate this issue?

Openreach came over the weekend, and the engineer fixed something in the cabinet - no more packet loss since. Fingers crossed that it holds! Thanks for looking into it!

Thanks for updating your profile. Line test is passing but I can see that there have been some disconnections. Are you experiencing any problems with your telephone service, any noise on the line?
