Hi talk talk, how do I go about obtaining a replacement router? I have had speed issues for a week, a talk talk agent confirmed correct speed to my property, and asked if I wanted a new router to improve speeds, I said yes please but they want £60, surely this should be supplied foc as I’m under contract? Thanks in advance
