Contract end and offer

Today, I received an email from TalkTalk offering me to stay with my contract that ended for £25, but when I clicked the link to do this, I got an error 500. I then decided to go to my account and do this manually, but it came up as £28, which is a bit of a cheek. How do I get the offer if the email link doesn't work?
