Hi
Received an eero but no Digital Voice adapter when I ordered Digital voice with Fibre 150 Talktalk have said they will send one but haven’t anybody else had this problem ?

You won't get the tracking number automatically as far as I'm aware but I've PM it to you anyway

Still no sign of a tracking number today so I guess it will be another long call to Talktalk later - why do they always seem to get things “not quite right” ?

Yep precisely it is supposed to be Yodal so no contact is suspicious that it hasn’t been despatched exactly what happened with my TV hub which wasn’t packed with the router as it should have been

I guess it may depend on the carrier. My last delivery was handled by Yodel and they notified me directly.

Maybe but always had a tracking number which has not happened this time either on Friday or today !

Hi yes did request one via chat and told that one was despatched on 30th Aug but got no tracking number on either 30th or today after ages on phone was eventually put through to complaints who had no real explaination for where it was. Also assured by out of the blue phone call on 30th that said it had been despatched and should arrive on 31st or today. Had the same with a TV hub that was supposed to sent with a new router and that took ages to get sorted ! Is somebody in packing just inefficient or items going missing ?
