Eero Secure missing from Discover

Hi,

 

New Fibre 500 customer, after spending a couple of hours this morning with TalkTalk customer and technical support and getting nowhere, trying here...

 

I'm missing the eero secure subscription which I believe should come with my account. I have an eero pro 6 router. I've reset the router and initially setup with my Amazon account, I've now configured with a new account and it is the same. 

 

Can anyone help?

Hi,

 

Update: I've received a few emails to confirm the subscription has been activated and can now see the 'eero Plus' section.
