Your YouView box is not a wifi box.
It needs to be connected directly to the router or by powerline plugs.
It should work as a Freeview box without but the as wiil not load. A number of these don't work now as technology progresses.
Do you still get the guide? Of you only watch or record and the guide is there it should still function.
With only 2 ports on the Eero, you may have to purchase a switch to expand the number of ethernet inputs and powerline plugs tp connect.
