Hello, on the eero app under the discover section I don’t have the eero secure option, as this is free how do I fix this issue, I’ve seen a few posts about this on the forum from other users that had the same issue. I spoke using the chat for about 2 hours who couldn't help me. Said to try another device which I did knowingly it wouldn't resolve the issue. Can anyone help me?

I have just checked mine & eero Secure is there, what version is your eero running?
My eero is V7.4.1-26 and the app is V6.43.0.36648.

I have asked one of TalkTalk's support to pick your thread up and investigate it for you.
They aim to respond within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) excluding Bank Holidays, but if more urgent you can always try the Service Centre on 0345 172 0088. The posts are responded to in time/date order, oldest first.
