Only just found out that eero secure isn’t working on my iPhone (ignoring content filters and blocked sites etc), but works fine on my iPad. I have tried to look it up on the internet but I’m afraid it doesn’t mean too much to me, appears to be something to do with MAC addresses. Is there anybody that can explain it to me, and if possible, and more importantly, tell me what to do to sort it out. Many thanks

I have carried out extensive work on this issue all over the Bank Holiday weekend. I have fully tested a working solution using my Android phone; I can't test with an iPhone, as I do not have access to one.
The problem seems to be related to the Apple feature Private Wi-Fi Addressing introduced in iOS since V14. This is basically the same as the Android Randomised MAC Addressing. Both of these, unless disabled, will create multiple instances of the device, with different MAC addresses within the eero profile that controls the eero Secure content filtering, etc. This means that the instance of the iPhone, with its current MAC address, will not even be in the profile and hence these restrictions will not be applied to it as expected.
I have sent a PM to @Livewire10 suggesting he set Private Wi-Fi Addressing to off and delete all instances of the phone in the profile. Then add the phone with the correct MAC address (default hardware address) into the profile. Then disconnect & reconnect it from the Wi-Fi network & retest.

I thought I had sent a link of one screenshot but sent it publicly instead of to you, is that not the case.

You need to send me the link; otherwise, I can't do anything.

Just realised I’ll have to share them, but not sure how to do it, can you help please.

You will need to share them within OneDrive & give me a link so that I can download them, without disclosing my email address:-

OK, a few other ways that you can share these screenshots with me. Do you have one of these cloud backup solutions, as you can share files from there for someone else to download:-
