Engineer not coming

My WiFi was cut off since last Tuesday by a sky engineer who accidentally cut my fibre optic cable and for the past 6 days I have been trying to get an engineer to come to my property.

 

however every single time I went on live chat an engineer was booked but  I would check my fault tracker or it would say that they have fixed it when it clearly wasn’t it because if it was I wouldn’t be constantly contacting talktalk and it would say my case is resolved this has happened 5 TIMES. 

 

this is absolutely ridiculous. I need to know when an engineer will come to my property because this is getting out of hand.

If you would like the support team to look into this for you make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk phone number or account number are complete on your community profile (click here) so that they can link your forum identity with your account and then wait for them to respond.

 

Bear in mind that given the circumstances you have described you may be liable for the costs of repair in this case, hopefully you have full details of the Sky engineer responsible so you can pursue it with them if necessary.
