Can anyone confirm that the full fibre 65 with voip does not support the eero (white one) router and requires a different router

There are two options here if you have VoIP:-

 

  1. With the Eero, you need a Grandstream ATA to connect between the phone & LAN port on the Eero.
  2. You use the Hub 2 (aka Sagemcom FAST5464) which has a phone port on the rear.
