So, the Engineers tell me my street is now Full Fibre capable. Why cant Talk Talk or BT tell me when I can go live???? 3 weeks now and nothing. Any information out there please??????

Which "engineers" do you mean? Is there perhaps a separate provider working in your area?

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. The clue is in the word "capable", @itzray41.

 

It means just that, so there may be one ISP in the area able to sell packages on the infrastructure right now.

 

It takes time for Openreach  / Cityfibre to fix up deals with other companies  - there is only so much work they can keep up with at a time, and Talktalk doesn't publish dates in advance of being able to honour the deal.
