False order set up

I have had a huge problem with broadband. experts diagnosed faulty router and said they would send replacement. instead trying to change my package for one I don't want but how can I talk to anyone?

Looking into your account your package has not been changed, however a returns bag and Wi-Fi hub were ordered for you. Which were dispatched on 19/11/2025, I will send you the tracking number via Private message.
