Why are talktalk telling me that Fibre 65 is not available at my address when they are advertising it to new customers (at my address) and BT Openreach say it is available? I currently have Fibre 35 which is not fast enough. Sky are also offering the faster fibre of 67 mbps.

Adverts are very generalised, @Padeltennis.
Once individuals check availability, they may well find that their lines can't take the Fibre65 package - it can depend on the distance from the cabinet whether it's possible to get higher speeds.
