Hi, I’m in REMOVED postcode area and my broadband has gone down, LAN light on open reach box flashing very slowly, eero showing no internet. Can you please advise if there is an issue in the area?

I'm sorry to hear this. I've checked and I can't see any reported outages and the line is showing connected at the moment. Are you now able to connect since your last post?
