Hi,

Talktalk have arranged for Openreach to upgrade us to fttp.

Our existing router does not have a WAN port.

When do we get the new router that will be connected to the ONT?

Do Openreach provide them at upgrade?

As advised, if a new router is required then this should arrive up to 24hrs prior to the upgrade. Please let us know if there is anything else we can help with 🙂

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
