Good afternoon. I have started using the SAGECOM FAST 5364 WiFi router, but the firmware needs updating. Please can your team arrange for this to be done. Many thanks!

Cool, give it a day or two and then reach out to customer services if necessary.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry we still have plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link here: How to contact TalkTalk Broadband - Help & Support.

Thank you, Ferguson. The router has only been connected for a few hours, so maybe you're right, it is too soon, and the device will be updated automatically.

@Brighton21

How long has the router been connected and is it left on 24/7? In which case it should update automatically within a few days. If not, then you will have to contact the support team as previously suggested.

Hi @Brighton21

Alas, there is no longer any TalkTalk staff on the Community, so I can no longer do this for you. Please see the link in my signature for details on how to contact TalkTalk. State in there that the router is faulty, as it will not update its firmware.

Thank you, Keith.

Talk Talk sent me this router a few years ago, hence the old firmware, but I stuck with the old Huawei one until recently, when they said it was no longer supported.

I have tried rebooting and a reset, but the firmware hasn't been updated.

Is there any way you can pass this onto someone who can update the firmware please?

Wow, 1400 is ancient. It should update itself after a reboot, failing that, perform a factory reset and it should update then. The current version ends in the number 208.
