I can't connect to my work VPN. But it work with my phone hotspot or with my friend's home wifi. I have updated the router software (eero software version - v6.14.0-4275). But no luck. How can i fix this issue?

Hi Debbie,
Last Friday eero customer care team updated the settings. But from Saturday onwards i didnt have internet. Today only I sorted it out with the help of TalkTalk tech chat. Now everything working fine.
I think the users cant update those VPN settings in eero router. They do it remotely.
However thank you very much for your help.
I will send back the new router tomorrow.

Actually I can't find a toggle button for vpn in eero app settings. However, now I have contacted the eero support team. I copy any updates from them.

I've been advised that in the eero app in the advanced settings there is an option to to toggle VPN.

We've not seen any other users reporting VPN issues with the eero, only the WIFI hub.
Are you using the eero app? There should be a settings option on there.
You can also request support for eero on this app.

I can connect to my work vpn using it.
But I don't want to give up the eero router. The new router doesn't have the eero features like controlling individual connections and creating profiles through mobile app.. ( I'm already used to those features) And also i experience no wifi coverage in my corner room with new router.
However, it is now clear that the problem is with the eero router configuration. So can you please help me to change the configuration of eero?
