I’m no internet since 1st November

I’ve had no internet since 1st November, TalkTalk don’t have a clue what there doing. I’ve had plenty of conversations with engineers and been given date after date to be fixed and they never turn up. 
I’ve now had an email from the original installation saying they are going to come fit my fibre,

which has already been fitted on the 1st November. Absolute joke 

word of warning this company is absolute bullshit stay away and cancel your direct debit cos they will carry on charging for no service
