I cannot access ITVX since you connected me to full fibre You told me that it is not available through the system you provided. You told me that you were taking steps to correct this but NOTHING HAS HAPPENED. WHY? I expect you to refund me the payment taken each month for ITVX which you have prevented me usingfrom. WHEN is this problem going to be resolved?
