Apps Changing ITV Hub to ITVX

I am unable to delete the ITV Hub and replace it with ITVX. Please show me how to do this.

Hi

 

The older youview boxes no longer support the ITVX app, you can give our teams a call and inquire about upgrading to the TV HUB.
