ITVx and Channel 4 app

Got a tv hub and had to do a reset due to issues,I previously had ITVx app and  channel 4 now I don’t have them and can’t find them on the App Store when searching.I can watch them ok and go into the app via on demand but I want it to actually show as an app. Any ideas?

Try disconnecting from the mains and restarting.

 

If that does not work, you will need to do a factory reset from the menu which should restore them.

 

You will need to add any apps you have previously selected and sign into the apps again.
