I have a Netgem TV box. The Freeview guide does not include itv channels, channel 4 or 5. BBC channels are ok. If I type in 103 to 105 where these channels used to be they appear and can be watched as normal but they don't appear on the guide. I have retuned many times with no change. It's infuriating. I don't want to reset the box unless I have to because I will lose all my recordings. I have read other threads that report the same thing.

Hi

 

Try powering off the box at the mains for 20 minutes and see if this helps.

 

If this keeps failing then a reset of the box may be required.
