Itv x keeps stopping after 10 seconds on one programme only, fine on others, any suggestions why or how to fix?

I have the same problem but its affecting my5 itvx and channel4 streaming players

If it is only the one program, then it will be an issue within the app itself and the advice from ferguson is correct.
