Internet /broadband not working hub constant orange

Internet a.d broadband been intermittent last few days now completely lost box on wall only showing 2 green lights instead of 4 not sure what happening and am not tech minded can't go through the whole rigmarole switching on n off please help

Internet has just come back All appears to be working at the moment so not sure what the issue was 😁

Have tried that no change black box on wall still only showing 2 green lights and router just flashing white/amber now on steady amber light only

Could you power down this box and your router for a full 30 minutes and then retest again please?

It's a black box with usually 4 flashing green lights

Do you have full fibre? Is this the ONT box on the wall?
