I've ordered a replacement router for testing, please allow 24-48hrs for this to arrive.

Thanks for trying this. Do you have an alternative router that you can test with to rule this out? If not then I think we should send a replacement router for testing purposes to see how this compares?

So it's basically bouncing between 35mbps and 55mbps

OK, could you dial 17070 from your TalkTalk landline and confirm that the number read back to you is your TalkTalk landline telephone number

Yes the lights flash orange and also when I do a speed test it's less than half of what I'm supposed to be having

Sync speed looks OK and connection looks pretty stable. Do the lights change on your router when the connection drops
