@Stobart312, these don't get firmware updates any more, and Talktalk no longer supplies them, so yes, it's not their preferred router for the job these days.
Please complete your community forum profile details for Talktalk staff to identify your account and look into this for you after the weekend.
Go via your avatar; settings; add your Talktalk phone number or account number in Personal Information. Scroll down to find the SAVE CHANGES button.
