Is there a way to request a new router?

I'm on Faster Fibre which meets our household needs but I've been having issues with the router over the past year.  Initially a simple reboot of the router would resolve the issue but now it only clears and the internet restored if I power the router off for a day or two.

 

As such, I've ditched the Wifi Hub and gone back to the previous now decade old Huawei HG633 router.  This is now stable but only giving me about 18-21 MBPS.

 

Is there a way to request a replacement for the Wifi Hub?

My router is completely dead please can you send me a replacement. It’s a sagemcom router. I’m on full fibre with VOIP. So I don’t have my home phone either.
