Recently my Fibre 65 broadband seems to have got much slower, so I had a long chat with support today. I'm getting speeds to the router of 30mbps. Support were unable to offer much help, and after a couple of hours, they came up with the answer that 30mbps is satisfactory for Fibre 65 because it is above the minimum guaranteed speed of 27.8mbps. I'm sure that the quoted speeds were more than that when I purchased the package. Any suggestions?
