Landline not connecting

Today the engineer installed the eero 6 router along the a box that the landline connects in to. The engineer said that when the 3rd light on the extra box comes on the phone will work. 4 hours later and still only 2 lights and no working landline.
My service is the full fibre 900 with voip.

Morning,
I'm sorry to hear this. Have you tried powering down both the ONT and eero and tried re-connecting the DVA again? If the Digital Voice Adapter still won't connect then could you also try the below,
Can you try the following, plug the DVA (grandstream) into the ONT, wait for the broadband light to come on then perform a pinhole reset of the DVA, this should get the phone light back on within about 5 mins, once that comes on can you change setup back to normal. Please let us know how you get on.
