I had a problem with my line and my internet was disconnected for some time today. It is now up and running but only at 18MBS. I normally get about 60. Could someone please reset for me ?

Morning,

 

I'm sorry for the delay. I've run a test on the line now which hasn't detected a fault and the sync speed looks ok. How is the speed at the moment? Did you try powering down the router for a full 30 minutes as this will reset the current session and can often increase the throughput speeds?

Staff will be back on Monday, @Kssquared.

 

You could try leaving the router off for 30 minutes and it may start a new session after that.

 

Thereafter leave it on until staff pick up this thread after the weekend.
