@Chris-TalkTalk, there have been several instances of Shell customers being unable to register for My Account after being migrated to Talktalk.
This usually occurs because years ago they were also Talktalk customers. While Talktalk hangs onto the old account details, these customers can't register afresh.
Talktalk needs to ditch the old information and then the customers shouldn't have a problem with registration.
