My internet drooped in last 2 weeks

I have seen engineer in green cabinet after that my broadband dropped on router to 53Mb download.

When I checked on my talktalkt dashbord it was showing issue and you trying sort it out. after a week from reporting it you I see all is fixed. But speed stay same?!

 

Actual rate 53523 Kbps

Attainable Rate 79492 Kbps

 

Why I have been downgraded if I have had 72Mb year ago?!
