Hi, any chance of getting a new router sent out, currently having a mare of a time with the current one (sagemcom Fast5363-3. TB) it keeps dropping wifi and hardwire connection randomly or not letting me connect at all, without turning everything off and on.
I have carried out a connection test, which says everthing is ok externally, and router says its connected to the internet, and equipment says they are connected to the router but no internet.
i have carried out a factory reset, but to no avail.
