No Internet Connection Even Though Light on the Router is White

My router shows white light but there is no internet. The issue is resolved by restarting the router. But the internet will cut again after a few minutes and the router will continue to show white light.
Can someone confirm this and/or send me a new router to test?

Hi @ashmeneely
Could you create your own topic please as I'd like to run some tests on your line just to make sure that you are not experiencing a different/unrelated fault.
Thanks
Michelle

Hi Michelle,
That would be great as it has been a few weeks now that we have been having this issue on and off and now there is zero internet (orange light on router) and need this resolved asap...
Thanks,
Ash.

Hi amii,
Apologies, one more question. Do you have any apple devices connected to the line and if you do then could you confirm which IOS the apple devices are currently running please?
If you'd prefer to switch back to the TalkTalk DNS then this would be fine.
Thanks
Michelle

Hi Michelle.
It’s all devices. Phones, Laptops, Consoles , Smart TV.
I changed (if I did it right) the DNS yesterday and touch wood it has been ok since. But as I said i would prefer to not keep google DNS due to homesafe.

Hi amii,
Can I just check specifically what devices are affected when this issue happens please? Is it related to Apple devices only?
Thanks
Michelle
