Hi All - I have a continuous red light on my Wi-Fi router and as a result cannot connect to the Internet.
I have re-booted both the router and the Open Reach device several times, including from the mains, but the problem is still the same.
Any advice. would be appreciated.

Do you have any active monitoring for life threatening health reasons which is solely dependant upon your TalkTalk Broadband or Telephone line?
For example a care alarm, lifeline, health pendant or fall detector.

Thanks for your help.
I have turned off the Wi-Fi router and Open Reach device at the mains and rebooted them both after 20 minutes, as suggested.
Unfortunately, no change. Still a continuous Orange light showing on the router. I'd say it's pointing to a faulty router. It is pretty old after all.
Any other suggestions?
I'm currently using a mobile Wi-Fi device to enable us to chat online.
