Been a customer for a few years. Never had so many broadband outages before.

Nobody available to help

Can't run a connection test, because the system says there is an open case. Go to check the case status and it says the problem was resolved and (presume) the case is closed.

Seriously considering leaving now.

Am I the only one with this experience?

Hi there @PauloSeth thank you for reaching out, and I’m really sorry to hear about the issues you’ve been experiencing with your broadband service. I understand how frustrating it can be to deal with repeated outages, especially when you’re unable to get the support you need.

It sounds like there may be a miscommunication regarding your case status, and I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. You’re definitely not alone in facing such challenges, and we appreciate your patience as we work to resolve these issues. Just to check, are you still having issues with your broadband services at the moment?

Hi,
You are in the staff's queue for a response.
For a quicker reply can you please ensure you have your personal information up to date in your profile including your TalkTalk landline phone number so your account can be traced. Link here - https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/user/myprofilepage/tab/personal-profile:personal-info
If you are unsure of your phone number, you can find this in My Account or dial 17070 from your landline phone and this will confirm the number for you.
You can also add your account number in the private notes field, which only you and the support staff can view.
Please post back when done.
Thank you
