This past few days my router is flashing red from time to time, it's very annoying when watching the TV which depends on an internet connection. It's usually very reliable with good speeds. Help please.

Philile, thanks for replying and sorry for the delay. The problem seems to have gone away for the time being. There's been a solid white light on the router for several hours now. I will see how it goes for now and will only get back in touch with you if the fault returns.

Thanks for you help, John.

What make & model of router is the customer using? This should not happen with the WiFi Hub 2 or an eero. For now, though, I'm assuming this to be a WiFi Hub 2 @Philile-TT. My first suggestion is to log into the router & in the initial Dashboard area & look at the Connection up-time. Is this longer than when the red flashing light last occurred? If it is, then the internet connection should be stable.

I would suggest that if stable, try a factory reset of the router & failing that, perhaps TalkTalk will try swapping out the router for you.

Looks like you have the full fibre package. @KeithFrench just checking if there might be something you can do here before I direct the customer to full fibre team?

Hi @celynen I understand how frustrating this may be, I will look into it. Are you currently at home where the TalkTalk services are installed?
