No internet for 5 days - Fibre 65

I have had no internet for 5 days, currently on the TALKTALK Fibre 65 package. It was working fine 5 days ago then in the afternoon stopped working and hasn’t worked since?! I am getting a continuous orange flashing light on the front of the TALKTALK router. Also, there is no dial tone on my landline. I have checked the wires/connections and all seem ok. I am vulnerable and rely on my internet and landline for medical needs. Can someone please help me?

@Ladybirdy

One thing you can try for yourself while waiting for a response from the support team is to connect at the test socket.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry we still have plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link here: How to contact TalkTalk Broadband - Help & Support.

I have asked one of TalkTalk's support team to pick up your thread and investigate it for you.

They aim to respond within 48 hours (Monday - Friday), excluding Bank Holidays, but if more urgent, you can always try the Service Centre on 0345 172 0088. The posts are responded to in time/date order, oldest first.

To save yourself time, please make sure that your community profile includes your first & last names, broadband phone number (TalkTalk Phone or Account number box )and, if possible, an alternative contact number. This can be done by clicking on your Avatar picture and then clicking on "My Settings" followed by:-

Personal Profile > Personal Information

Otherwise, TalkTalk will not be able to tie up your forum username to your broadband account. Only you & TalkTalk have visibility of your details.

The TalkTalk Community has now moved to a peer-to-peer support model. This means that the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
