The internet tends to cut out once a week or so but normally restarting the router fixes the issue. However, for the last 12 hours I’ve had no internet doesn’t matter how many times I restarted the router. In the online account the page to check the connection doesn’t work, the live support chat doesn’t load, tried calling them but the automated assistant just sent me back a text saying I can contact them online then hung up.
So basically I have no internet and I have no way of contacting TalkTalk. Any tips?
