I've been sent a new router and I don't know why

Hi there @FiLeith. After reviewing your account, I can confirm that we sent you a router back in 2020. It's possible that this router or delivery was sent to you by mistake.

Which package are you on? If Fibre 65, is this delivered over your phone line or Full Fibre? Which make/model of router have you been sent?
