No lights showing on router

I noticed last night that the internet connection light on my router was off, when i checked the speed it was showing 8mps, I am on Fibre 65, after rebooting the router the internet speed has risen to 53mps (normal) but still no light showing. i have had trouble speed fluctuations in the past do you suggest i need a replacement router

So far so good I've not had to reboot my router and its giving a constant speed averaging 55mbps.

I will keep an eye on it and get in touch if any other problems arise.

Yes I've received my replacement router and just set it up, current speed showing 60 mbps which I've never had before.

Will leave it two or three days to see how it goes then get back to you with the results.

The line to the router is always good its just from the router to devices that's the problem, if you think I should try a replacement router i am willing to give it a go.

Thanks for confirming and I'm sorry to hear this. I've re-checked the connection stats now and the connection stats look ok. Please let us know if you'd like to try the replacement router to see how this compares.

I have had to reboot my router twice since reporting the issue, at the moment speed is showing as 51mbps. still no white light showing.

I will post attachment showing the speed when it drops off again.

Line  test isn't picking up any issues. I would see how it goes and if problems continue we can send another router to test with?
