Placed a new order yesterday. Confirmed on the website but not a single email from talk talk (checked spam). Is this normal?

You should have received autosign documents, as nothing has arrived I suspect the order didn't complete correctly, best option would be to call the loyalty team on 03451720088 The will be able to sort this out.
