Possible line reset

Hi, I had a few problems with my line and now my upload has been at 10mb for ages now and won't go back to 20mb which makes for very slow uploads (even though it's not that fast) but have noticed slower browsing as well because of this. Is it possible to have anything done about it, in the old days was reset the profile so not sure how it works now.

I'm sorry to hear this. I've run a test on the line which hasn't detected a fault. Unfortunately we can't manually reset the connection as this is managed by DLM. Does your main socket have a test socket please?
