Recently upgraded to full fibre with a new router:

 

Router FAST 5364-3.T8

Firmware Version: SG4K100136

 

Cannot connect to software used for work. Spent 3 hours on phone to TalkTalk being passed around with no fix offered.

 

Is there updated firmware to fix this issue or other fix available.....thanks

Apologies, we are experiencing an issue updating the firmware at the moment. Our Devices Team are working to resolve this.

 

I've been advised that this should be fixed soon (within the next couple of weeks)

 

Once this has been resolved then your router firmware will update to version 158 and this should resolve the VPN issue.

There is. Make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk phone number and/or account number are complete on your community profile (click here) so that the support team can link your forum identity with your account and then wait for them to respond when they are back online on Monday.
