Sorry for clarity:

Not "On the Echo music can be playing (say Radio 2) then randomly stops - need to power off and power on to get them working again."

I actually meant "On the Echo music can be playing (say Radio 2) then randomly stops - need to power off and power on the router to get them working again.

The speakers are new.

The SONOS app connects and can see the speakers when they are initially set up.

After about 15 minutes the speakers disappear from app (iphone).

When Searching for the speakers they cannot be found - however, they are playing music so must be connected.

I have split the networks (2.4 & 5GHz)

On the Echo music can be playing (say Radio 2) then randomly stops - need to power off and power on to get them working again.

Thanks for your help

Martyn

Hi Martyn,

I'm sorry to hear this. We no longer have the option to switch off the wifi optimisation but we can look into this for you. Do you know roughly when this started happening please? What is the model of your SONUS and Echo please? Have they recently had a new update or do they have the latest software?

Will both devices not connect at all?

Thanks

Michelle
