Replacement router, no Internet

No Internet for 5 days.

Talktalk techs tried all possible checks. New router connections checked. Router is trying to connect but always fails.

Which make/model of router do you have & what is your package:-

 

  1. Original broadband over ADSL
  2. Fibre to the cabinet with copper wires to the house
  3. Full fibre. If this is the case, who installed the Full Fibre, Openreach or CityFibre?
