Hello, just wondered if I could get a replacement for my router seeing as the white light is no longer showing up.

I am trying to login to my router but it is saying that the username and PW are wrong even though I am copying what is on the back of the router.

The router is still working, and we have access to the internet, yes. I just wondered if it might be on it's way out as we've had it for a few years now. Thanks for the reply.

Is it working other than the light, is it turned off within the router's configuration? Log in to the router and go to:-
Dashboard > See internet settings > Manage advanced settings > TalkTalk Wi-Fi Hub > Device Info > Light Control
