New Contract not showing correctly in account packages

Hello I received an email to renew my contract for £27 month for two years. I excepted this offer through the email link, but the next day when I checked my account my package the amount was £29 per month. I contacted TalkTalk through chat and this was corrected to £27 per month fixed for two years going live on the 11th July. I checked my account package again but it is still saying £29 per month it has not been updated. I contacted chat again and was in formed my package on my account would be corrected, this has not happened. I would be grateful if you could look into this and correct my package to show my new contact at £27 per month fixed for two years from the 11th July 2025. Thank you for your help.
