Hey guys, I am constantly getting issues with streaming (Disney+, Netflix etc). When I check my internet speed (52Mb/s) all is ok. Wifi is also all ok. The only way to fix it is to reset the power on the Openreach modem. This never used to happen. Do I have to replace the modem (not the router - that works fine)? If so, how is this done?
Also, very annoyingly, FTTH cable is available outside my house but the company that laid the cable (Avon Networks) is unable to connect the other end.

Can I just check, have you ever tried just powering down the router and not the modem?
